Move, breathe and flow. Yoga Dynamic Flow is an energising class that links movement with breath through a sequence of yoga postures. Inspired by Vinyasa Yoga, this practice is designed to build strength, mobility, balance and body awareness. 

Expect a steady pace, variety and the opportunity to challenge yourself. 

This practice will leave you feeling Energised yet grounded, ready for whatever else comes next in your day. 

Some yoga experience is recommended - this isn't our best recommendation for complete beginners,
