Mat Pilates (express): 40minutes
Suitable for most levels of fitness, no experience required.
Legs, Abs, and Booty focus mostly, but we will include some upper body and back exercises along the way too.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one, otherwise borrow one of ours!
Pilates is a great and fun way to improve muscle tone.
